Who We Are
Gas Masters is a locally owned and operated team based in Raleigh, NC. We are a licensed and insured company of gas piping professionals who value your home, your safety, and your experience with us (North Carolina mechanical license H3 class I).
With a background in HVAC, we saw a major need – instead of getting pushed to the bottom of the job list by HVAC and plumbing companies, homeowners need a company who prioritizes gas services.
That’s how Gas Masters was born. We’re here to help you with your gas line installations and maintenance, gas appliances and fire features, and regular service and maintenance.
You won’t get pushed to the bottom with us! We’re excited to work with you to make your home improvement dreams come true.

Gas Masters did a great job installing a new NG line for my outdoor grill at a competitive price and completed the job quickly… couldn’t ask for a better experience! Highly recommend them for the clear, frequent communication, attention to detail, and personalized service. Gas Masters are my top choice for any other work I need, period.

I highly recommend Gas Masters! They put in a new gas line, supplied and installed new gas logs in my fireplace. The service was top notch and I’m a very happy customer. Communication and punctuality were on point!

This review is LONG overdue. The team
at Gas Masters came through in the clutch! John Ray and his team were awesome! We had a plumbing issue that emitted a gas smelling scent in the house. We called Dominion to check for leaks and they found several in my crawl space. We had a few quotes by other companies, one of which wouldn’t do work unless we purchased a brand new HVAC unit. I found Gas Masters on Thumbtack, I believe. I received a call, told them I had someone already, but they were so kind and offered help if I needed it. Well, my other options failed and I reached back out. They replaced my gas piping with all new piping. Great service and they worked with us the whole way. These guys totally get it. Professional, excellent communication, and swift. We were without hot water for some time and they made it their goal to get us back with hot water! I HIGHLY recommend Gas Masters!!

John Ray and his team were great! I was building a new porch in my backyard and needed to move my gas meter out of the way. John made sure the meter was moved in compliance with all codes and even spoke with my deck builder to be sure the line was out of the way for the new pillars.
Due to the timing of the build and the coordination with the gas company, his team also made sure there was an additional cutoff valve so we were never without gas.
His prices were reasonable and his team was on time and courteous. If I have ever need gas line work done again, I'll definitely be calling John and team!

John Ray & Co was fantastic to work with (installed a couple somewhat complex HVAC systems for me). John’s very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. He’s also one of the nicest guys you’ll meet…if you need any help with HVAC or any such related services you should definitely give John a call…Highly Recommended!
